The Lone Worker Safety Expo, London, 2nd October
Two weeks today marks the only event of its kind solely committed to the safety, security and wellbeing of Lone Workers. It's the 2018 Lone Worker Safety Expo Conference and Exhibition in Central London. Our UK partner ANT Telecom will be exhibiting the Isle Systems range of solutions and you can get 20% off the delegate fee by using the code ANT20 when you register here (you might be able to get even more discount if you're a member of certain organisations, so it's worth checking).
There are speakers from the Health and Safety Executive, British Safety Council, law firm Pinsent Masons, the BSIA and other well-respected organisations, offering you direct access to experts and experienced professionals. As well as the conference and exhibition, there are also practical workshops, focussed on the health, safety, security and wellbeing of lone, isolated and vulnerable workers.
Here's an idea of some of the content the programme will cover:
Your legal responsibilities and the implication of not addressing them
Ways to address mental health and wellbeing concerns for lone workers
The increase in violence and aggression towards lone workers and practical tools to reduce and manage the risk
The latest thinking on the use of technology and training solutions
