PlacePoint is an optional plug-in for the PPS which provides GEO Data translation for devices which can send GPS position information within a SMS text message.
PlacePoint provides links to your preferred mapping system with the translated GPS coordinates embedded within it. This enables users to use most of mapping systems available on the internet.
Any device that can send GPS coordinates via SMS can use PlacePoint to display the devices position anywhere in the world.
